The Rules of Conduct of Amateur Events
(Rules)

  1. Introductory provisions
    1. These Rules represent a binding legal agreement between:
      • Wargaming Group Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus at the address: 105 Agion Omologiton Avenue, Nicosia 1080, Cyprus (hereinafter—“Wargaming”), and
      • You—a host of the event dedicated to Wargaming games,
      in respect to your usage of the “Wargaming Events” service on the website http://wgevents.net/ (hereinafter—the “Service”) when organizing and carrying out Your event.
  2. Events
    1. You may use the Service when organizing the following types of events dedicated to Wargaming games in the RU.WARGAMING NET cluster:
      1. “Contest/Quiz”—an off-line meeting of Users for the purposes of communication and Wargaming games discussion, alongside with carrying out intellectual, physical, and/or0 entertainment activities.
      2. “Streaming”—an off-line meeting of Users for the purposes of communication and Wargaming games discussion, including viewing streaming of Wargaming games.
      3. “Tournament”—an off-line meeting of Users for the purposes of carrying out competitions in Wargaming games in the RU.WARGAMING NET cluster according to standard procedures, or procedures specifically agreed upon with Wargaming. Apart from the Tournament itself, such meetings may involve other entertainment activities.
      4. “Individual competition” and “Team competition”—an off-line meeting of Users for the purposes of carrying out individual or team competitions and/or trials in Wargaming games in the RU.WARGAMING NET cluster according to standard procedures, or procedures specifically agreed upon with Wargaming.
      5. Other events after being specifically agreed and subject to prior written approval from Wargaming.

  3. Service
    1. If you are of legal age, you have registered your account at ru.wargaming.net, and you intend to organize the Event, you can use the Service to apply for Wargaming’s approval of your Event.
    2. Depending on the number and quality of the events approved by Wargaming through this Service previously carried out by you, you are awarded with a class mark at Wargaming’s discretion. Wargaming has the right to (but not the obligation to) offer assistance and support to you in the organization of the Event on terms determined by Wargaming.   4. How to use the Service
    1. In order to organize an Event, first you need to have a prior approval from Wargaming to carry it out. To do this, you need to log in to the Service under your game account created on the ru.wargaming.net website, then follow the instructions of the Service and guidelines of Wargaming.
    2. If Wargaming approves your Event, you will be able to create your Event using the Service and make it accessible for all Users of the Service. Wargaming has the right to organize the distribution of invitations to your Event on a free of charge basis through the Service.
    3. We do not guarantee that the Service or any of its components are available all the time. We provide the Service on the "as is" basis. Wargaming does not guarantee that the Service or its components will comply with your goals or expectations, as well that the Service or your Internet provider will operate without interruption or fail. Wargaming shall not be liable to you for any actions undertaken through the Service. Wargaming shall not indemnify for any damage, direct or indirect, cause to you or to third parties as a result of the usage or inability to use the Service or its individual components.
  5. Your rights and obligations
    1. You have the right:
      1. to use the Service for the purposes of organizing the Events in accordance with these Rules;
      2. to seek additional assistance and support from Wargaming in organizing and carrying out the Events;
      3. to receive explanations from Wargaming on how to use the Service;
      4. to involve sponsors and partners approved by Wargaming to assist in organization and carrying out the Events;
      5. to use intellectual property of Wargaming with respect to approved Events only in ways agreed upon with Wargaming, and under terms approved by Wargaming;
      6. to enjoy other rights stipulated by these Rules and License agreement.
    2. You have the obligation:
      1. to observe these Rules, License agreement, and instructions from Wargaming with respect to the Event that you organize;
      2. to comply with applicable legislation and not violate any third party’s rights while organizing and carrying out the Events;
      3. upon request from Wargaming, to provide all necessary information about yourself and the Event; such information shall be complete, true, and correspond to the facts;
      4. if you organize the Event in the form of a “Tournament”, “Individual competition”, “Team competition”—to prepare the rules (provisions) of the Event in accordance with instructions from Wargaming, and provide it for the approval of Wargaming;
      5. to receive from Wargaming the approval of any Event intended for the Users, before starting to organize it or carry it out; in case of refusal to approve the Event, you have no right to organize it or carry it out;
      6. to allow for the User’s attendance and participation, both when they have invitations (if the invitations are distributed through the Service), and when they don’t have invitations, but in any case, without collecting any fees;
      7. after carrying out the Event, to provide Wargaming with a report in the form and by the deadline set by Wargaming; a report may contain photo and video materials taken in the course of the Event; you grant Wargaming the right to use such photo and video materials for advertising purposes, having received prior consent from Users participating in this Event;
      8. to perform any other obligations stipulated by these Rules, License agreement, and applicable legislation.
  6. Rights and obligations of Wargaming
    1. Wargaming has the right:
      1. to provide assistance and support in organizing and carrying out the Event upon its discretion;
      2. to approve or reject the Event applied for through the Service, as well as to require making any changes in respect of such Events; this being said, Wargaming has the right not to explain the reasons for rejecting the Event;
      3. to withdraw the approval made previously with respect to the Event, if Wargaming finds out that information submitted by you is incomplete, false, and does not correspond to the facts;
      4. to refuse to place information about the Event on the Service without explaining the reasons for;
      5. to refuse to provide assistance and support in organizating and carrying out the Event at any time and without explaining the reasons for;
      6. to maintain operation of the Service and enter amendments to operation of the Service and to these Rules without prior notification.
    2. Wargaming has the obligation:
      1. to explain how to apply these Rules and to use the Service;
      2. to perform any other obligations stipulated by these Rules, License agreement, and applicable legislation.
  7. Information provided by Wargaming
    1. Any information about you or your Event provided by you within the frames of these Rules (hereinafter—“Information”), shall be used by Wargaming and disclosed to third parties solely in connection with the Event. You also agree that Information may be disclosed to third parties when this is required by applicable legislation. You confirm that you will not provide Wargaming your personal data and the personal data of any third parties (including name, surname, patronymic, copies of testimonial documents, and identification number) without a special request from Wargaming. Any personal data provided by you on a unilateral basis will be automatically deleted.
  8. Liability of the parties
    1. As an organizer of the Event, you are held fully liable before any third party for carrying out the Event, including any possible losses arising in case of cancellation or rescheduling the Event or in case of any changes thereof with respect to third parties.
    2. You are held fully liable for accuracy of Information about the Event, preparating and carrying out the Event, complying with approval procedure, and using the intellectual property of Wargaming with respect to the Event.
    3. You also agree to reimburse Wargaming for all losses and damages incurred by Wargaming as a result of your violation of these Rules, License agreement, other Wargaming’s instructions and/or applicable legislation, as well as any other expenses incurred by Wargaming with respect to the Event that were not agreed upon with Wargaming.
